“About one half of the children in Israel receive education in a standard of a third world, and when they grow up they will be able to maintain only an economy of a third world. But a third world economy will not be able to maintain an army of a first world – a mandatory condition for the existence of a country in the most violent region on earth”

Prof. Dan Be-David, 31.8.2018

Dan Ben David is an Israeli economist, former director of the Taub Center for Social Policy Studies and a professor of economics at Tel Aviv University. Founder and president of the Shoresh Institute.

In each step and entrepreneurship action, I see the pupil –as a human being, citizen of Israel and member of the global society. I feel obliged and dedicated providing him the necessary training and tools to fulfil this role.

How?

My approach is to learn the unique characteristics of the pupil as an individual and develop his multiple intelligences (in accordance with H. Gardner), this way he can become an empowered person capable, knowledgeable and equipped to cope with challenges, crises and personal goals in an appropriate manner.

Knowing the educational level and social reality of the children of Israel, I have selected the way of taking action, award, endow and train.
